Any cancelled service bookings within 24 hours of service day/time will be charged in full (with the exception of a reschedule within the same day/week dependent on availability)

Your dog may return home from a muddy, sandy walk, which may be frustrating for some, however please note that the dog(s) have had the best time!

Cat/Small animal drop ins can vary from 5 minutes to 15 minutes depending on my daily schedule and the requirements set out in the consultation. There is no guaranteed fixed time of appointment or duration of, you are paying for the service and the tasks required will be completed in full. 

Dog Drop ins can vary from 15 minutes/30 minute/1 hour increments depending on my daily schedule and requirements set out in the consultation. There is no guaranteed fixed time or duration of the appointment, you are paying for the services and tasks required will be completed in full.

Dog Grooming: I will always do my best to groom the dog to your specific style description; however the dog's comfort comes first, if the dog is nervous or reactive, I will respect their needs first.

Dog Grooming: Reactive/Aggressive Dogs may be refused from the salon if I feel they are a danger to themselves or myself. 

Upon booking my services you will be agreeing to photographs of your animal being taken and will be posted on this website/my business social media accounts. I will never show interior/exterior details of your home. I will never share your address/keys/personal information with anyone.

My service prices are subject to change and flexibility upon request of specific/extended types of dog walks/house sits/small animal drop in/cat drop ins/grooming services.

A small charge of £5 per emergency call out (if you are locked out/lost keys for example) providing I am in the Thanet area. 

Any accidents or incidents that may happen to your animal whilst in my care, will be dealt with promptly with full communication with yourself. I am pet first aid trained and will use your vet/local vets/out of hours vets where necessary. A Pet First Aid kit is in my car at all times including medical powder and other safety equipment.

Refunds are subject to the nature of concern or complaint, I will always do my best to prevent the above. Communication is key and if you are unhappy with any service given, I would be more than happy to find the best solution for you and your animals!
